This one day taster course is designed as an introduction to a storytelling journey in learning & teaching. It is for those new to the method, or for teachers who have recently joined a school with a storytelling approach. The day is packed with practical activities that can be put into immediate use. An overall approach will be explained and teachers will be taught the first steps in telling and working with a story to enhance their learners memory, spoken language and storytelling. Further workshop options will follow that explore changing stories, shared writing and independent story making.
