It's competition time at Storytelling Schools NZ.
For 2017, our competition is ONLY open to children in our Canterbury storytelling classrooms. If you teach in one of our pilot schools, or you are currently participating in training with STS NZ, then your students can enter.
Entries open October 16th. Close November 17th
All entries are uploaded as a single-take video and shared on Google Dive with 'can edit' and download permitted.
Your students can enter as many times as they wish, in one or multiple categories.
In submitting your entries you are giving Storytelling Schools NZ permission in advance to reuse video content for training and promotion purposes. However, we will only attribute content to a named school and not to named students. Please download our photo / video consent form
Please note that the entry fee is voluntary.
Entries will be judged within age groups using the following criteria:
Language fluency, tone, and expression. Pacing. Audibility. Conveying story mood. Gesture and physicality.
