Beginner Teacher Coaching & Mentoring

StoryWays Literacy is committed to the nurture and support of those joining our profession. Our trainers and advanced storytelling teachers offer an annual programme of networking and learning opportunities for beginner teachers.

(Canterbury only at this time)

Once beginner teachers have completed an introductory training or attended our taster day, they have the option to join this training group.

We offer support to build literacy teaching competency, integrating storytelling ways of teaching and learning with other essential components in literacy teaching.
